STARG8 AC Box

The StarG8/AC Box is compatible throughout the 230 volt range of King Gate automation for swing and sliding gates. 

The StarG8/AC Box is very easy to programme due to its automatic programme function. It has many great features including a slow-down facility on opening and closing to prevent unnecessary noise; obstacle detection to ensure safety; secondary safety input for additional photo cells and safety edges, and partial opening for pedestrian use. The StarG8/AC Box is compatible with the Clavis and KingKonnect smart phone apps as below. The StarG8/AC Box is complete with 24volt transformer and built-in radio receiver with the capacity for 200 radio transmitters. It comes in a IP54 water-resistant plastic housing.  The StarG8/24 is a direct replacement for the Star 2230 and Star 1230.                                                                                                                                                                                                 
KingKonnect                                                 
Connect installer’s smart phone or tablet to the StarG8 using the new KingKonnect WiFi dongle. This plugs into the Star G8 control unit, and then using the King Gates Installer app, enables you to setup and adjust the installation parameters and schedule maintenance. Clavis                 
Connects the user's smart phone or tablet to the StarG8 using the new Clavis WiFi dongle. It plugs into the Star G8 control unit, and then using the Clavis app enables you to automatically open and close the gates on approach or from anywhere in the world.
